He was born in Elazığ in 1956. He completed his primary school education in Istanbul Rami Hacıali Paşa Primary School, his orthocul education in Istanbul Rami Secondary School, and his high school education in Denizli High School. He started his university education in Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1973 and graduated in 1979.
In 1979, after working as a general practitioner in Uşak Central Güre Health Center for a year, he served as a medical doctor in the Burdur Private Training Brigade in 1980-1981. In 1981-1983, he received a private practice in Burdur Karamanlı, and in 1983-1987, he received a specialization in Child Health and Diseases at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine.
1987-1988 Ardahan State Hospital, 1988-1989 Kars Maternity Hospital Hatsanesi, 1989-1994 Kars State Hospital, 1994-2010 Antalya Finike State Hospital, 2010-2012 Şanlıurfa Ceylanpınar Private Medical Center, 2012-2013 He worked as a Child Health and Diseases specialist at Antalya Alanya Private Hayat Hospital, 2013-2015 Finike State Hospital and 2015-2019 at Antalya Meydan Medical Center.
Bülent Göl, who started admitting patients as a specialist in Pediatrics and Diseases at Kumluca Private Medikum Hospital in 2019, is still continuing this duty.
